Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MakeStory.video ("MakeStory", "we"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use MakeStory.

1. Who can use MakeStory

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. One person, one account.

2. What MakeStory does

MakeStory helps you turn a story into scenes, AI pictures, AI voices, subtitles and an MP4 video. The MP4 is made inside your own browser. We use third-party AI services to write scenes, make pictures and make voices.

3. Your content

• You own your stories and the videos you make. You give us permission to store and process your content only to run the service for you (and to show it in the public gallery if you choose to share it).
• You must have the right to use any story, photo, music or other material you upload.
• You must follow our Content Policy and the rules of YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms where you post.
• AI pictures and voices may not be unique, and similar results may be made for other users.

4. Credits and payments

• Credits are used for AI actions (scenes, pictures, voices). The price of each action is shown before you use credits, and you confirm it.
• If an AI action fails, no credit is taken.
• Free credits (sign-up, daily, invite) have no cash value and may change.
• Bought credits are added after we confirm your payment. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active.

5. Not allowed

• Breaking the law, copying other people's work, or making content listed as not allowed in the Content Policy.
• Using bots, many accounts, or tricks to get free credits.
• Trying to break, overload or attack the site.

We may remove content or block accounts that break these terms. Credits of blocked accounts may be lost.

6. AI results

AI can make mistakes. Pictures, voices and text may be different each time and may not be perfect. Please check your video before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.

7. Service changes

We may add, change or remove features and prices. We will try to tell users about big changes. The site may sometimes be slow or offline for maintenance.

8. Limits of our responsibility

MakeStory is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses (for example lost income or a removed channel). Our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Law

These terms follow the laws of Pakistan. We will first try to solve any problem by talking with you.
